1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 351bet website 351bet, create an account, or use any service offered by the platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the services of 351bet. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms will be considered acceptance of the new provisions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and 351bet regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements, understandings, or representations on the same subject matter.

2 Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at 351bet, the user must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age completed as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not appear on any active self-exclusion list for sports betting or casino;
• Not have been previously banned or permanently excluded from any 351bet service;
• Act on your own behalf, not on behalf of third parties;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

A 351bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify any of these criteria. Providing false or incomplete information during registration may result in immediate account closure and the blocking of pending withdrawals until the completion of an internal investigation.

3 Your Account

Each user may hold one account only at 351bet. Your CPF is the unique identifier for each account — it is not possible to create two accounts using the same CPF, regardless of the email address or phone number used. Creating duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. The 351bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect their login credentials. The 351bet is personal and non-transferable. Transferring, selling, renting, or assigning your account to third parties is strictly prohibited. The balance available in the account may not be transferred to another user's account within the platform — only withdrawals to bank accounts held in the user's own name are allowed.

A 351bet may carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. 4 Deposits and Payments

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. A 351bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by banks or payment intermediaries are the user's responsibility. Deposits are credited to the platform account immediately for Pix and card payments, and within up to 3 business days for boleto bancário.

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in the user's own name. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. 351bet reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment methods used at any time.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the Pix key registered by the user, which must be linked to a bank account held in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

The average Pix withdrawal processing time at 351bet is up to 15 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In some cases — especially for higher-value withdrawals or accounts where the KYC verification process has not yet been completed — processing may take up to 72 business hours.

To request the first withdrawal, the user must have completed the identity verification process (KYC), including CPF confirmation and, where applicable, submission of additional documents. This is a requirement of Brazilian financial regulation, not a unilateral restriction imposed by 351bet.

• Withdrawals are only permitted after the deposited amount has been wagered at least once on the platform;

6 Sports Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except where cash out is available for that specific market. Cash out is an optional feature and its availability is not guaranteed for all matches or at all times.

In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, the 351bet adopts the following rules:

• Match cancelled before kick-off: full refund credited to account balance;
• Match started but not completed within the regulation 90 minutes (football): market-specific rules apply — see product rules;
• Match postponed and played within 24 hours: bet remains valid;
• Match postponed beyond 24 hours: full refund credited to account balance;
• In accumulator bets, the affected selection is removed and the ticket is recalculated using the remaining selections.

A 351bet reserves the right to void bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds (typographical or systemic errors resulting in odds significantly outside market range). In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full.

7 Casino Games and Crash Games

The casino games available at 351bet — including slots, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX and others), roulette, blackjack and live casino — are provided by certified, internationally audited third-party providers. The 351bet operates as a distributor of these games, not as a developer.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is displayed on the game page before any session begins. RTP values are set by the providers and audited by independent laboratories. 351bet does not alter or manipulate the RTP parameters of any games available on the platform.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements (rollover), expiration dates, eligible games, and maximum bonus withdrawal amounts — which are published on the promotion page and should be read before opting in to any bonus.

General rules that apply to all platform bonuses:

• Bonuses are granted only to users with a verified and active account;

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited on 351bet the following conduct, which will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or system failures to gain an undue financial advantage;

11 Account Closure

The user may request the closure of their account at 351bet at any time by contacting support via live chat or by email at suporte@351bet.best. Prior to closure, the available real balance (excluding unconverted bonus balances) will be returned via Pix to the registered key, provided all verification and withdrawal requirements have been met.

A 351bet may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user;

A 351bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical failures may cause temporary service outages. The platform is not liable for lost betting opportunities arising from such outages, except where an already confirmed bet is affected by a proven technical failure on the platform's end.

The maximum liability of 351bet to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

A 351bet reserves the right to review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users at least 7 days in advance via their registered email and a prominent notice on the platform.

For lower-impact changes — such as wording corrections, clarifications or adjustments required by updates to Brazilian law — notice may be given at the same time the new version is published. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
